Even though we spent more than 7 years delivering the L8Cup to you, the L8Cup, like any packaging, is not perfect — it requires a small adaptation and learning process by watching our videos: How to close the L8Cup, How to close the L8Cup with a sticker for delivery, and How to use the L8Cup with a spout. Obviously the L8Cup is not resistant to all delivery scenarios (because it is a paper cup!), but we made every extraordinary effort to produce at scale a paper cup with an integrated lid that is innovative and safe. We tested the L8Cup and its applications for years, but we can never say we exhausted all uses as it would be impossible to predict. Like any packaging when squeezed, it will deform under pressure, so be careful and do not carry more than one L8Cup in each hand. We are not responsible for any misuse, burns or incorrect safety procedures.

We will not accept any return of customized L8Cup under any circumstances. • You must not have used more than 15% of the cups purchased (e.g., in a purchase of 100 cups, no more than 15 used for testing). • The cup packaging must not be violated beyond what was opened for testing. • You must post the product at a post office — we will send you instructions and you will pay nothing to return. • After the return arrives, we have up to 7 calendar days to refund using the original payment method.
